Mmmmm New Kits

After a really rainy boring day at work I arrived home to find the latest Self Addressed Kit waiting for me. The pic does it no justice at all. It's yummy, it's dreamy and its girly. I love my self addressed Kits! The paper this month is from the "Hello Ladies by Fontwerks" range and I can't wait to start using it.

All is Quiet...but I have a mountain to climb

Well all is quiet here this afternoon. The boys have gone to a birthday party. It's a Knights and Princesses theme, which originally they didn't want to get dressed up for. But what do I hear when they got up at 8 o' clock this morning? "Mom, we want to be knights". So I have spent the morning cuttting up white pillow cases and painting red crosses on and making shields from card and tin foil. See, i knew my Nursery Nursing days would come in handy one day!

So, what am I doing while they are at the party? Having a manicure? Taking a long hot bath? Putting my feet up and watching TV?
NO - I'm ironing - and you should see the pile I have to get through! As per my fellow Scrap Fairy, Jane, here's a pic for you all. Can your mountain of ironing beat mine?

OK, I've done it!!

So, how long has it taken me to get a blog? This long, that's how long! But I'm here now. After reading the blogs of so many fellow scrappers I thought it was about time I created something. Now I'm not going to promise it will be anything like the wonderful reports from some of my fellow scrappers but I'll give it a good try!
I hope you'll come and join me now and again and share my tantrums of scrapbooking, my tears and joy at being Mum to twin boys and all the other things that make my life so hectic.
